Eligibility criteria
Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 05 (Five) years general experience in the supply of related goods and services will be eligible for the tender. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar types of goods i.e. uPVC pipe and uPVC fittings of minimum Tk. 17.00 (Seventeen) lakhs under Single contract in the last 05 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk.17.00 (Seventeen) lakhs. ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems in respect of manufacturing of uPVC Pipe.
