Eligibility criteria

1. Latest Trade License. 2. VAT Registration/BIN Certificate. 3. Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate or acknowledgement receipt of the latest return copy [Income Tax Assessment Year shall be 2024-25 (minimum)] 4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 3 (Three) years. 5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 11.50 (Eleven point five) Lac. 6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 21 (Twenty One) Lac. Note: Tenderers are requested to visit the site to understand the scope before participate.
