The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: Updated 2026-2027 financial year MSR relevant Trade License with renewal payment slip. Recent Passport Size color Photo of tenderer or authorized representative. Attested National Identity Card and Citizenship Certificate of proprietor or representative. Company profile including registered address must be submitted. Yearly sales turn over minimum 1 crore in last three years. Supply/Production proven Capacity minimum 5 times then schedule items must mentioned. Certificate of Assurance of In-time Supply in company PAD. Quality certificate from BSTI/DGDA for schedule items. Warranty Certificate for 1 Year to be submitted by tenderer. Update Chamber of Commerce with payment deposited slip. (if applicable) Updated BMIHEDMA Certificate and with renewal payment Receipt. (if applicable)
