Eligibility criteria

Eligibility of Tenderer: (a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in public university. (b) The Tenderer shall submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date Income Tax & IRC Certificate, Valid Audit Report, VAT Registration & up to date payment Certificate. (c) The tenderer shall submit the Financial Solvency Certificate with Bank statement (issued after publishing date of this Tender) with mentioning amount from a scheduled Bank as per TDS. (d) Authorization certificate (mentioned with phone & email of Author) issued by the Publisher or Publisher's authorized distributor (with name of distributorship) must be Colored Scanned with tender (If any). (e) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
