Eligibility criteria
1) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship Certificate (Form ePG3-6). 2) The reputed bidders shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift. 3) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning) of at least one contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT., each with a value of at least Tk. Tk. 60.00 Lakh ( Sixty Lakh) only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization. 4) The minimum amount of Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit of Tender and Contract Forms(e-PG3-8)must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 75 (Seventy Five) Lakh. 5) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Income Tax clearance Certificate , Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and valid…
