1. The tenderer must have general experience in goods supply. 2. The tenderer must have experience in similar supply work under government/semi-government/autonomous bodies. 3. The tenderer must have required liquid assets. 4. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance, and VAT Registration are mandatory. 5. Prices must be consistent with the market rate and remain fixed despite market fluctuations. 6. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; lowest bid is not obligatory. 7. The tenderer must submit a Declaration of Non-Blacklisting. 8. Before opening the tender, the bidder must submit one sample of each item including the shirt and trousers made according to the latest approved design along with 0.1 meter of fusing to the office of the Superintendent of Police, Feni.
