Eligibility criteria
The Supplier must submit updated trade license, Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS & Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number. Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer. Updated Import Registration Certificate (IRC) submitted with offer. Manufacturer’s Authorization is required for all the items listed in Price Schedule. The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the past three (03) years. Original catalogue/Brochures must be submitted with the offer. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained. Product warranty certificate must be submitted with the offer.
