Eligibility criteria

All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit the prescribed tender providing their Trade license, VAT registration, Income tax payment certificate (with TIN), Bank solvency certificate & other documents as per TDS by fulfilling the following criteria: 1. Tenderer should have experience of performing similar types of HVAC maintenance works of at least Tk 12 (Twelve) lac in single tender within last 3 (Three) years (counting backward from the Publication date of IFT in e-GP) in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. 2. Tenderer should have 5(Five) years of General maintenance work experiences (counting backward from the Publication date of IFT in e-GP) of any maintenance works in any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization. 3. Tenderers should fulfil the other criteria as per TDS
