Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and other applicable licenses/documents as required by the prevailing laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The Tenderer shall have experience in providing outsourced manpower/personnel services to Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Bodies, Public Sector Organizations or reputed private organizations. The Tenderer shall also have adequate financial and technical capacity, manpower management capability and experience to perform the required services satisfactorily. The Tenderer must comply with all applicable provisions of the Public Procurement Act, Public Procurement Rules, 2025 and the Outsourcing Process for Service Procurement Policy, 2025.
