Eligibility criteria

a) Reputed Benefited Firm/organization, manufacturer/ authorized agent who has a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in a Similar nature of works. b) Having Experience of successfully completing at least one number of RCC frame Building Construction works (Civil + Sanitary + Internal Electrification) amounts to Tk. 11.00 crore in a single Tender during the last 5 years in the format as specified in PW3. c) The Tenderer must possess i) Up to date valid Trade license ii) an up-to-date income tax clearance certificate from NBR (2025-26) iii) a Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR iv) an up-to-date ABC license with supervisory license. d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (five) years of Tk. 17.00 crore only (The year counting backward from the date of IFT) under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies.
