Eligibility criteria
a) As Per ITT & TDS b) All contractors of the Education Engineering Department who have accepted the work order but have not started their work without a valid reason, or those who have not shown satisfactory progress without a valid reason, will be considered non-responsive. c) Contractors who conceal information about the ongoing work of the Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization will be considered non-responsive. d) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained N.B: The rates quoted by the tenderer shall remain fixed for the entire duration of the contract till the contracted work is completed through the contract period. Any price adjustment, escalation, or additional financial claim shall never be entertained/ allowed under any circumstances until the completion of the works.
