Eligibility criteria
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 5 (Five) years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor/Subcontractor/Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of Museum works/ Historical site restoration works and interior/modernization work successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 225 (Two Hundred and Twenty Five) Lac. 3) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk.190.00 (One Hundred & Ninety) lac over the last Three (3) financial years or best three (3) years in the last Ten (10) financial years.
