Mandatory Documents and Qualification Requirements The Tenderer shall submit the following valid and applicable documents along with the Tender: Up-to-date Trade Licence. Valid VAT Registration Certificate/BIN. Valid Income Tax Certificate/TIN, as applicable. Recent Bank Solvency Certificate issued by a scheduled bank. Line of Credit Certificate in prescribed PG3-8 format, where required. Duly signed and notarized Affidavit/Declaration, where applicable. Valid BSTI Licence/Certificate or relevant approval, where applicable. Minimum 05 (five) years’ experience in supplying similar goods, supported by documentary evidence. Valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate, where applicable. Citizenship Certificate and National Identity Card copy of the proprietor/authorized representative, where applicable.
