Origin Certificate: A Certificate of Country of Manufacture must be submitted. 3. Product Labeling: The model number must be clearly marked on the body of the goods as a standard manufacturer label. 4. Product Catalogue: A detailed technical catalogue for each item must be supplied with the offer in the English language. 5. Specification Compliance: Bidders must clearly state all specifications individually against each item of the tender schedule. Generic or short terms like "As per Schedule" will not be accepted. 6.
