Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall submit/upload with its Tender the following documents: (i) Up to date valid Trade license (ii) Bank solvency certificate (iii) Income tax clearance certificate (not before 2025-26) (iv) e-BIN registration certificate & e-TIN Certificate. (v) Bank transaction report (for 3 month). vi) Relevant documents for works experience and financial experience as per TDS. (vii) Should submit sample of school bag as per technical specification before tender opening date and time in DNC HQ (viii) In case of JVCA, Partnership agreement (ix) Declaration regarding Litigation History. (x) Audit report of last 03 years.
