1. Updated Trade License (2026-2027) 2. VAT Registration Certificate. 3. Updated Tax Clearance Certificate with E-TIN (2025-26). 4. Letter of credit Commitment from the Bank mentioning this project amounting to taka. 8,00,000.00/- (BDT Eight Lakh Only) 5. Warranty certificate 6. Bank Solvency Certificate: A recent bank solvency certificate issued within the last six months demonstrating financial soundness. 7. The selected tenderer will submit the sample of the goods to the PE office. Sample of the goods needed to be approved by the PE office.
