Eligibility criteria

1. As described in the tender document. 2. No Joint Venture (JV) shall be permissible under this Invitation for Tenders. Tenders submitted in the form of JV shall be considered non-responsive. 3. (a) Tender security shall be deposited in favour of "Gas Transmission Company Limited" (b) Tender Security in favour of General Manager (Design & Development), GTCL shall not be accepted. (c) Bank Guarantee as a Tender Security shall not be accepted according to PPR-2025, Rule: 31(1). 4. Ledger/Payment certificates without mentioning the name of works/package shall not be considered in evaluation. 5. Tenderers are requested to strictly follow the Instructions to Tenderer (ITT) for submiting the necessary documents only and not to submit unnecessary documents.
