Eligibility criteria

1. The Bidder must submit up-to-date and valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, BIN Certificate with the latest income tax return acknowledgment, and Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate. 2. The Bidder must have submitted experience Certificate in providing similar VTS Tracking services. 3. The Bidder must have a valid and up-to-date license issued by BTRC. 4. The Bidder must have its own natively developed and operated Vessel Tracking Software. Reselling third-party software will not be acceptable. 5. The Bidder must submit audited financial statements of the last 01 (One) years certified and issued by a registered Chartered Accountant (CA) firm. 6. Tracking Software Backend Must be Develoved by suitable programming Language (Pythone or equivalent Standard). 7. The server used for hosting the tracking software and related data (Physical server) must be located within the geographical boundaries of Bangladesh. 8. For data communication between the…
