(a) Attested copy of updated trade license; (b) Attested copy of updated income tax payment certificate; (c) Attested copy of VAT registration; (d) Certificate of Liquid Assets of the amount mentioned in the schedule (photocopy not acceptable); As Bank Guarantee line of credit must be given; (e) Attested copy of the experience certificate for Supply of OMR Form (with Pre-Scanning)t of the amount mentioned in the schedule (Notification of Award (NOA)/ Contract Agreement/Work Order/enlisted certificate are not acceptable); (f) Authorization Letter (where applicable) by the appropriate person of the respective organization; (g) The relevant page of the tender schedule must be filled; (h) In addition, all the terms and conditions of the schedule and the required information must be proved.
