Eligibility criteria
Tenderers shal meet the qualification requirements as specified in the TDS. The key qualification criteria include, but are not limited to, the folowing: 1. Submission of certified photocopies of an up-to-date or valid Trade License, and VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number. 2. Submission of Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt for FY 2025–2026. 3. Submission of credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to PPR format. Amount of liquid assets is TK. 47,20,000.00 (Fourty seven lakhs and twenty thousand taka only). 4. Must have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of electrical equipment. 5. Must have completed the supply of electrical equipment in the public or private sector with a cumulative value of at least BDT 42,00,000.00 (Fourty two lakhs taka only) under a maximum of two contracts during the last 5 (five) years. 6.
