-Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. -Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN -Up-to-date Trade License. -The tenderer must submit a Liquid Asset Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT 38 Lac (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date) -Certificate of three years of ration work experience from any Government department. - Within the last 3 (three) years, the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar supply contract of any ration item. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 28 Lac Taka. -The tender will follow PPR 2025.
