Eligibility criteria

Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorize Representative/ Exclusive (sole) Agent are eligible to participate the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender. Bidder must have minimum 05 years’ general experience of the supply of similar electric goods (05KVA or above capacity Transformer) having a minimum supply value Tk. 42.00 Lac (forty two lac) under a single (1) contract in the last three (03) years in any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous organization. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 55.00 lac (fifty five lac). The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 300 nos, per year.
