Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, TIN with last Financial year tax return acknowledgement slip, 13 Digit BIN and as per current VAT Act., Income tax return Acknowledgement slip of last Financial Year. 2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public/private sector as Prime Service Provider shall be 03 (Three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing physical service in public/private sector of at maximum 02 contracts of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of last 05 (five) years with a value of at least of BDT 12,00,000 (Twelve Lakh) shall be required; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
