Eligibility criteria

Eligible contractors shall have: 1. Tenderer who failed to START/COMPLETE the awarded work within stipulated time in EED, Gaibandha District without any reasonable cause are not eligible. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of Construction of Main Gate or Similar nature of Works successfully completed within the last Three (03) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 Lakh. years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper). 3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 15.00 x 3 = 45.00 Lakh over the last 03 (three) financial years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper). 4.
