1. Up-dated trade licence of the bidder. 2. Up-dated Vat Registration Certificate of the bidder 3. Up to date TIN Certificate. 4. Updated BS/ISO-9001 & 14001 standardization certificates of the manufacturer of goods. 5. Manufacturer's catalogue/Brochures of manufacturer (as specified in Special terms and conditions of tender specification) for the bidding materials. 6. Warranty certificate of the bidder. The bidder must replace any defective material during the warranty period with free of cost. 7. If the bidder is not the manufacturer, authorization letter from the manufacturer must be submitted with the tender. 8. Audit Report with DVC (Document Verification Code) of last 3 (Three) years Must be Submit along with offer. 9.
