As Per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) 1. Valid License of Zila Parishad,Any District. 2. Updated copy of a valid trade license, income tax and E-tin certificate, VAT registration certificate. 3. been declared Ineligible by the Govt. of Bangladesh on charges of engaging in corrupt, fraudulent, 4. Tenderer's legal status & National ID Card. 5. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 3 lac. According to PG2 Form. 6. A certificate of ownership of the company. 7. Citizenship certificate & National Identity card copy. 8. Similar work experience at least 01 years & Over all work experience at least 03 years. 9. If the Supplier are representative An authorization letter must be submitted. 10. Half a kilogram of high-quality lentils must be supplied as a sample on 24/09/2026 around 11:00 AM to 14 APBn, Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar, in accordance with sub-rules 1 and 2 of Rule-30 of PG3 of STD.
