Eligibility criteria

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 10 years. b) The tenderer must have successful completion experience on (i) supply of AMR meter in a single procurement amounting not less than Tk 80 lakh; and (ii) successful completion experience on operation, maintenance & support services of AMR Software, Server & AMR meters in a single procurement amounting not less than Tk 1000 lakh during the last 10 years in Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous bodies. c) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 530 Lakh over the best three years in the last five financial years and minimum tender capacity shall be Tk 1150 lakh. d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment shall be Tk 250 lakh. e) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid ABC…
