Eligibility criteria

Tenderers shall have the legal capacity (not barred by Public Procurement Act or any other law(s) to sign the contract) to enter into the Contract under the Applicable law. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions, if any, under the provisions of laws and regulations of their own country. Tenderers are not currently restrained due to suspension or debarred from participating in Public Procurement on grounds of fundamental breach of contract under any Contract. Tenderers shall not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing. Tenderers shall have the up-to-date valid license(s), issued by the corresponding competent authority, as specified in the TDS.
