Eligibility criteria
Manufacturer/Exclusive Agent of Manufacturer are eligible to participate the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer, Authorization letter from the Manufacturer/Agent must be submitted with the tender. The satisfactory completion of supply of 2-cusec LLP sets of minimum Tk. 280.00 (Two Hundred Eighty) lakhs under single contract in the last 03 (three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 375.00 (Three Hundred Seventy Five) lakhs. The Tenderer must have updated Trade license, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate and ISO certificate.
