Eligibility criteria

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings: a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 (five) years. The Tenderer shall submit certificate of incorporation or first trade licence or relevant documents in order to prove minimum years of general experience. b) Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) civil construction work in a single contract amounting not less than Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lac within the last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies. The works certificates shall have to be issued by the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent Officer of Concerned Department/Organization. c) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lac over the last 05 (five) years (best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered).
