Eligibility criteria

01. Tenderer must hire the Floating Dock of BIWTA at Shyampur for the docking of the pontoon and submit the required letter from competent authority (Superintending Engineer (Dock), Mechanical & Marine Engineering Department) of BIWTA for the purpose of using the floating dock. 02.The Tenderer must be an owner of a dockyard/shipyard/workshop. 03.The Tenderer must have NOC as a Dockyard/Shipyard issued by the Department of Shipping (DoS), Bangladesh, for submitting the tender as a Dockyard/Shipyard. 04. The Tenderer must have valid Foreshore License in respect of the dockyard/shipyard. 05. The Tenderer must possess a valid Trade License for the relevant business type.
