1. Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate 2. VAT Registration Certificate 3. Valid Up-to-Date Trade License 4. Financial Solvency Certificate of 14 (Fourteen) Lac Taka issued as Credit Commitment by any Scheduled Bank 5. Nationality Certificate, NID Card copy & 01 copy of recent passport size photograph 6. Ownership Certificate. 7. Affidavit/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted 8. Renewed Agriculture/Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate. 9. Annual Average Turnover wil be not less than 10 (Ten) Lac in the last 3 year 10. Before the tender opening, a sample of edible soybean oil which is enriched with Vitamin “A” and contains not less than 0.015 and not more than 0.030 mg of Vitamin “A” per gram shal be submitted. The sample shal be in a transparent edible oil container and shall be of at least 01 (one) liter quantity.
