1. The Bidder must be submitted up to date Trade license. 2. The Bidder must be submitted Income Tax Certificate. 3. The Bidder must be submitted BIN Certifate. 4. The Bidder must be submitted Bank Solvancy Certificate. 5. The bidder shall have experience in Rubber Lining works inside phosphoric acid tank/line of any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous organization. Supporting documents such as work order/ Notification of awards (NoA) and work completion certificate must be submitted along with the tender. 6. The bidder must be BSCIC/BIDA enlisted. Attested copy of up-to-date BSCIC/BIDA enlistment should be submitted along with the bid. 7. Performance Security/ Tender Security must be submitted in the from of pay order and issued in favour of DAP Fertilizer Company Ltd, Rangadia ,CTG any commercial bank in bangladesh except Global Islami Bank PLC, Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, First Security Islami Bank PLC, Social Islami Bank PLC, Union Bank PLC, ICB Islami Bank PLC, Padma Bank PLC…
