The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: 1. Updated 2026-2027 financial year relevant Trade License with renewal payment slip. 2. Recent Passport Size color Photo of tenderer or authorized representative. 3. Attested National Identity Card and Citizenship Certificate of proprietor or representative. 4. In time supply assurange certificate. 5. Business start year Reg. reference number with trade license and trade license payment slip. 6. Quality certificate for schedule items. 7 . Tender capasity or sales turnover Affidavit must submit. 8. As per PPA 2025 , rule 2 must mentioned "supplier" in Trade license , VAT and others docments 9. Warranty Certificate for 2 Year to be submitted by tenderer.
