All e-GP enlisted tenderers who fulfill the following requirements As Per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) 1. All Bangladeshi citizens who have a valid, up-to-date trade license. 2. Up to date tax clearance certificate and E-TIN certificate. 3. The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract. 4. The latest certified copy of the bank solvency certificate according to STD 5. The tenderer must submit a bank statement for the last one year. 6. A certificate of ownership of the company. 7. Citizenship certificate and NID copy. 8. Similar work experience of at least 3 years and overall work experience of at least 5 years. 9. Authorization letter (soybean oil). 10. You must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted.
