Eligibility criteria

a) In the outsourcing system, the Service Provider must have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of experience as Service Provider in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous institutions of the public sector. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of this Invitation for Tender (IFT)). b) The Tenderer shall have minimum specific experience as a Prime Service Provider in providing Service Personnel in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous institutions of the public sector. The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least one (01) contract of two (02) years (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be 100 percent complete) of similar nature (service personnel), complexity and method, performed fully satisfactorily with a value of BDT 1.5 (One and half) crore under a single or multiple (max. 5) contracts.
