Eligibility criteria
1 This Invitation for Tenders is open to all potential Tenderer in Bangladesh. 2.Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid Trade license(s), BSTI and FSCD license issued by the corresponding competent authority. 3. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date valid NID, VAT, TAX return documents issued by the corresponding competent authority. 4. Tenderer shall have the Fire Fighting Equipment supplying experience documents issued by the Government/Semi-Gov. or Autonomous authority. 5. Tenderer shall have the up-to-date Liquid Assets related Document. (In-case of Bank statement, the tenderer must provide at least six month statement). 6. All materials, equipment and associated services to be supplied under the Contract are from eligible sources 7.
