Eligibility criteria

Tenderers should have the following eligibility- 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of Monument /chattar or similar nature successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk.24.80 Lakh.years counting backward form the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The Tenderer must enclose VAT certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearence certificate with tax reuturn slip, up-to-date Trade license and up-to-date ABC License. 4. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled. 5.Follow BPPA up-to-date PPR-2025 circular.
