Tenderers must be 1st class electrical contractor having valid ABC license from electrical licensing board of Govt. of Bangladesh. b) Tenderers must have minimum 3 (Three) years general experience in construction and renovation of 33kV or 11kV, 11/0.4kV & 0.4kV distribution line and installation of distribution transformer work from any Government Utility of Bangladesh Otherwise it will be rejected. c) Work completion certificate of similar work at minimum 1 (One) contract value of tk. 2 (Two) Lacks. The experience certificate must be issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
