Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderers must have minimum 5 years of general experience of Building Construction works.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 no RCC framed structure building construction work including internal sanitary, internal electrification & external electrification works successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.0 crore; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
