Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents: 1. Valid and up to date Trade Licence. 2. VAT Registration Certificate(13 Digit BIN). 3. Tax Clearance Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2025-2026 or Later. 4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shall be Three(3) years. 5. The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body/Any Reputed Organization of similar nature and complexity completed over a period of Five(5) years with a value of at least of BDT 25,00,000.00(Taka Twenty Five Lakh Only) shall be required. 6.
