Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents as a proof of fulfilling taxation obligations in accordance with ITT Sub Clause 5.5; i. TIN certificate; ii. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS; and iii. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number. iv. Manfacturer Authorized certificate/ dealarship is preferable but not mandatory.
