Eligibility criteria

1. Update and Valid Trade license (Trade License & Business Type must be Relevant); 2. Value Added Tax registration certificate/Business Identification Number Certificate; 3. TIN Certificate with Updated Tax Payer Certificate and Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority; 4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS); 5. Specific Experience of Supply (Jute Sack Supply) (According to TDS), 5. Sufficient liquid assets/financial solvency Certificate/credit line facilities (According to TDS) (use BPPA prescribed format) and 7. Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate. 8. Sample of each item with a forwarding Letter must be submited within 05 (Five) Days of Tender Opening. And the Quality of Supplied sample will be considered in the Tender Evaluation. If any Tenderer does not submit the sample by the mentioned time, respective Tenderer may consider as non-responsive.
