Eligibility criteria

1. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. 2. Tenderer must have valid and up to date Trade licences, VAT & Up to date Income Tax Certificate. 3. Tenderer should have Bank Solvency certificate of minimum 10 (Ten ) lakh Taka as liquid asset or Credit line facilities. 4. Tenderer’s others requirements are specified in Tender Document, TDS & PCC. 5. Tenderers/Employer should pay the people according to the Outsourcing Rules’ 2025. Any excuse due to less quoted price or lower profit limit will be considered as tenderer incapability and cause the tender to be rejected. 6.Tenderer shall have valid exprience certificate for supplying outsourcing manpower in Govt., Semi-Govt. or Automomous organization or any reputed private company. 7. Tenderer's other requirements are specified in tender document, TDS & PCC.
