Eligibility criteria

1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years. 2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works(Building Construction) for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-30.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years. 3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-40.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five) Years (40*5=200 lakh) , (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). 4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -40.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of e-PW2A-8 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. 5.
