Eligibility criteria

Only local manufacturers who have an updated ISO standardization certificate and an industrial license to produce uPVC materials will be allowed to bid on this tender. The bidder also has a registration from the Board of Investment, the Government of Bangladesh, and a 03 (Three) years of overall Manufacturer experience certificate for those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer. The satisfactory completion of similar types of work with a minimum of Tk. 1,85,00,000.00 (One crore Eighty-Five lakh) only under a single contract in the last 03 (Three) years. The test of the sample of uPVC pipe and Fittings will be carried out at KUET/BUET/MIST. The bidder must pay the test charges to KUET/BUET/MIST for each lot before testing. Tenderers who supplied uPVC materials at any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defect’s liability period are not eligible to participate in the tender.
