Eligibility criteria
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) 2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 3 (three) years. 3.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods successfully completed within the last 3 years, value of at least Tk 2.00 Lacs under a single contract under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in Bangladesh. 4. The minimum amount of financial resources as credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 2.5 Lacs. . 6. The tender must possess: Up-to-date TIN, VAT, Trade license, ABC and supervisory license, Income tax clearance certificate.
