Eligibility criteria

Eligibility of Tenderer 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in operation andmaintenance of elevator with installation, Testing and commissioning at any high rise(minimum 10-storied) building shall be within the last 03(Three ) years. 2. The minimum specific or similar works experience of one contract of operation andmaintenance of heavy duty elevator of high rise building (minimum 10-storied) at least in oneGovernment/Semi Government /Autonomous organization successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years with a value of at least Tk.5.00 (Five) Lac. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines (Unconditional) ofthe Tenderer shall be 3.00 (Three) Lac. 4. Must be submitted ABC Licenses. 5. Other Terms and conditions are specified in TDS and PCC.
