Eligibility criteria

Quotationer, in support of its qualification, shall be required to submit certified photocopies of the latest documents related to: 1. Valid Trade License (updated 2026-2027) 2. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgment slip issued by the competent authority as proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-2025 3. VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) 4. E-Tin Certificate 5. A certificate of incorporation if it is an Ltd company 6. Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid assets of at least BDT 33 (Thirty Three) Lac from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
