Eligibility criteria

1.The tenderer has to follow the PPR-2025 rules and regulation 2.the tenderer must provide updated Income tax certificate , updated trade licens and VAT registration certificate 3.The tenderer must provide evidence for the following documents. (a) Bank Solvency Certificate of minimum BDT 4 lakh as liquid asset i.e Working capital or, Credit facilities. (b) Similar work experience of BDT 3 lakh in a single contract with any Govt./ semi govt./ autonomous organization of Bangladesh whithin last three years. Similar work experience means supply and installation of Air Conditioner (AC). (c) Annual Turnover of minimum BDT 3.5 lakh over last 3 years.
